As my son's head began to crown, I knew I was only minutes away from seeing the baby. I anxiously awaited so long for him to arrive. Gretchen assured me my child was on the way. The environment in my room was perfect, only my honey, my mother, 2 nurses, and Gretchen. A multitude of emotions overwhelmed me; joy. relief, exhilaration, concerns and most of all love at first sight. I thanked God for such a beautiful child. His name is Aiden Alexander Rusiewicz. He weighed in at 8lbs 3oz and 20 1/2 inches long. Eric and I are so fortunate to have a wonderful child to cherish the rest of our lives.
