All patients scheduled
for sonograms need to register at the outpatient desk. Plan on
arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled time and remember to
bring your slip and insurance information.
If you should need
to reschedule your sonogram for any reason, please either call
our office at 724-527-9159 or call Centralized Scheduling at
724-527-9100. Any questions regarding these instructions, call
our office at 724-527-9159
- For pelvic Sonograms,
non pregnant, drink 36ozs. of water one hour before and do not
urinate.
- Prenatal Sonograms
- under 12 weeks - drink 36ozs of water one hour before and do
not urinate.
- Prenatal Sonograms
- up to 36 weeks - Drink 24ozs of water one hour before and do
not urinate.
- Prenatal Sonograms
or Biophysical Profiles - Drink enough water to feel full and
do not urinate.
- Results of your
Sonogram will reach our office with in 2 days.
